The Bank Examination Playbook is a digital training package delivered through your account, with tools you can download.
14-day refunds
If the Playbook is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and may take a few days to appear on your statement.

Access after a refund
Access to the purchased training may be removed when a refund is issued.
